Hanover Square is a pet-friendly, Section 8 community for adults 62+/disabled that overlooks the harbor. The bus stop is across the street, the Camden Light Rail is a couple of blocks away, and we are conveniently located near shopping, dining, hospitals, and pharmacies. We have a Resident Services Coordinator, on-site laundry, a community room, and 24-hour maintenance. Our apartments have wall-to-wall carpet, wall A/C units, stoves, refrigerators, garbage disposals, and emergency pull cords. Income restrictions apply. Rents and deposits are based on 30% of income.
