The
word is out! After being vacant since 1984, The Carter Street School in
Leominster, MA is being redeveloped by NewVue Communities into an affordable
apartment building. The building will consist of 14 one bedroom, 21 two-bedroom
and four three-bedroom brand new apartment homes. The apartment homes will be
managed by Wingate Companies.
Expected completion is late 2019, however applications
will be available by Spring 2019.
